Mold Maker
Seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on team member to support the mold making department in the production of concrete furnaces. This role uses measuring tools, hand tools, and drawings to build and prepare accurate molds, and is a great fit for someone who takes pride in precise, quality work.
Responsibilities

Assist in building, assembling, and preparing molds used in concrete furnace production.

Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine mold dimensions and requirements.

Take accurate measurements using tape measures, squares, calipers, and other measuring tools.

Use hand tools and basic power tools to cut, fit, assemble, and adjust mold components.

Inspect molds for accuracy and condition, and make adjustments or repairs as needed.

Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment.

Work with the team to keep production on schedule.

Keep work area clean and organized, and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications and Skills

Strong measuring skills and the ability to read and understand drawings.

Experience using hand tools; comfortable with basic power tools.

Previous mold making, carpentry, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
