Metal Fabricator-Assembler
We are seeking a detail-oriented Metal Fabricator–Assembler to join our team. This role involves fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components and structures according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metalworking tools and equipment, along with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Cut, shape, and prepare metal materials using saws, shears, brakes, and other fabrication equipment

Fit and align components using hand and power tools prior to welding or fastening

Perform basic welding (MIG, TIG, or spot welding) as required
-
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
-
Measure and verify dimensions using calipers, tape measures, and gauges
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition
-
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
-
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications and Skills

Background in Fabrication

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Welding knowledge or experience preferred

Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work with precision and accuracy

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Effective time management and organizational skills

Team-oriented with strong communication skills
