Production Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial plant equipment and systems.

Perform electrical, mechanical, fabrication, assembly, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.

Complete required preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records in the Maintenance Management/PM System.

Plan and lay out maintenance projects and help train personnel in safe and efficient equipment use.

Work safely and support safety, quality, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 2-year post-secondary trade school education in industrial electricity and/or mechanics, or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting with strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

Forklift operator license or ability to obtain one with training; strong problem-solving, communication, and basic computer skills required.

Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment, wear required PPE and a respirator, lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.

Must be able to travel between both New Castle facilities, approximately 1 mile apart.

Primary schedule is 3rd shift; must be available for overtime, extra shifts, and occasional coverage or projects on the other shift as needed.

Pay Rate is $24-$30 per hour

3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
