Maintenance Assistance
Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.

Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.

Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality of service.

Adhere to safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment when handling cleaning chemicals.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.

Follow instructions from supervisors or managers and complete tasks within specified timeframes.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to any cleaning-related inquiries or requests from clients.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
