Machine Operators and Packers
A manufacturer in Fairview, PA is seeking machine operators and packers on all shifts to support production operations. These are hands-on roles ideal for people with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machines to meet production requirements and maintain efficient workflow

Conduct careful visual inspections of parts to ensure quality standards are met

Pack, weigh and label boxes for parts

Support other departments as needed

Report production issues, such as equipment problems or defective products, to QA or supervisory staff

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Qualifications and Skills

Strong work ethic and reliability; attendance is critical

Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Must have reliable transportation
