Responsibilities

Operate molding machines to produce quality parts and products

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

Trim, assemble, and package molded items as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Communicate any equipment or product issues to supervisors
Qualifications and Skills

No prior molding or manufacturing experience required—training provided!

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Must be at least 18 years old
