Machine Maintenance Technician
The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role supports daily manufacturing by minimizing downtime and keeping machines running at optimal performance.
Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on machinery

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues

Repair or replace faulty components and equipment

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime

Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment

Ability to use hand and power tools

Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
