Lumber Handler
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team in a hands-on production role at our hardwood flooring facility. This position is essential to supporting daily operations in the mill and lumber yard. The right candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks to keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities

Stack lumber off of a ripsaw or planer.

Stack lumber onto drying sticks in the lumber yard.

Feed and operate a hardwood flooring molder.

Assist on the hardwood flooring line by operating an end-matcher, sorting flooring pieces by length, and packaging finished flooring.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, shoveling, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications and Skills

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, stacking, and standing for extended periods.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks throughout the day.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.

Shift: Mon-Thurs 6a-3:45p, Fri 6a-2:30p
