Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inventory transfers and customer-direct shipments between our onsite warehouse and third-party logistics provider (3PL). This role ensures on-time shipping, accurate inventory, and clean ERP transactions.
Responsibilities

Schedule and track daily transfers between onsite warehouse and 3PL

Create pick lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documents

Coordinate carriers and confirm pickups and deliveries

Reconcile inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts

Resolve ERP/WMS issues and communicate with internal teams and 3PL partners
Qualifications and Skills

2-4 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL coordination

ERP experience

Experience with inventory control and shipping documentation

WMS or 3PL portal experience preferred

Knowledge of LTL/parcel shipping and customer routing guides
