Lead Cook
A well-established hotel in Erie, PA is seeking a Lead Cook to join its kitchen team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies

Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed

Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff to provide excellent guest service
Qualifications and Skills

Previous culinary experience, cooking, food preparation, or kitchen experience a must

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Reliable attendance and punctuality
