Responsibilities

Inspect and prepare steel materials, ensuring every piece meets strict quality and safety standards.

Assist with the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of steel frames, girders, columns, and equipment.

Operate hand and power tools, hoisting equipment, and machinery—move and position steel parts safely.

Read and follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise assembly and installation.

Keep your work area clean and organized, supporting daily operations by handling materials and supplies.

Record completed work and promptly report any issues or safety concerns.

Collaborate with welders, fabricators, crane operators, and other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in construction or steel work is a plus—but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn!

Basic knowledge of steel fabrication and installation, or a willingness to train on the job.

Strong physical stamina—able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Comfortable with hand and power tools, or ready to learn safe tool operation.

Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and a reliable team player with great communication skills.

Ability to read blueprints, or an interest in learning.
