Inside Account Manager
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage and grow assigned customer accounts while building long-term client relationships. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and customer engagement, with strong earning potential through commission following an initial training period. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and driven to succeed in a performance-based sales environment.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Understand customer needs, purchasing processes, and business challenges

Manage and grow revenue within existing accounts

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales proposals

Conduct regular account check-ins and follow-ups

Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and activity in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Process sales orders, returns, and credits as needed
Qualifications and Skills

Benefits/Compensation

Full Time

First shift (8:30am – 5:30pm)

$55,000/yr during initial training period

Once training is complete base salary drops to $30,000/yr + commission

While earnings vary, the typical middle range for Account Managers is $70,000–$100,000 annually, with lower earnings common in the first year and higher earnings achieved by top performers.
