Injection Press Operator
Injection Press Operator responsible for operating injection molding presses, including McNeil and conventional presses as needed, to produce quality molded parts according to production schedules and specifications. Monitors machines during operation, makes adjustments as needed, and ensures products meet quality standards through visual inspections and SPC checks. Identifies and corrects out-of-control conditions, reports equipment or production issues to the shift supervisor, and assists with troubleshooting to maintain efficient production.
Responsibilities

Completes daily press production sheets, quality control documentation, and material identification labels accurately.

Performs equipment inspections, monitors for damage or wear, trims molded parts, and completes routine machine and workstation cleanup.

Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate has previous experience in manufacturing, injection molding, or machine operation and understands basic quality control processes.

Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions and production schedules, and the ability to work independently while maintaining production goals.

Requires reliable attendance, good communication skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift 50+ pounds multiple times throughout the shift.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
