Industrial Painter
A manufacturing company in Erie, PA is seeking an Industrial Painter to join their team. This is a hands-on position involving the preparation and painting of industrial equipment and components. Experience is helpful but not required, training is available for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities

Prepare equipment and components for painting

Apply paint and coatings using proper techniques

Mask, clean, sand, and prep surfaces as needed

Assist with general shop duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills

Experience with industrial painting or surface preparation is a plus, but not required

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on workload

Must be available to work weekends

Steel toe or safety toe footwear required
Benefits/Compensation

Schedule is primarily weekends, but once someone becomes more established in the role, it can expand to week days as well
-
$20/hr to start - additional compensation possible after a month in the role

1st shift weekend hours with some additional weekday hours as needed
