Industrial Floor Care Technician
Responsibilities

Strip, clean, wax, and polish a variety of floor types using appropriate chemicals and equipment.

Operate floor care equipment including scrubbers, buffers, and extractors with proficiency.

Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.

Maintain high attention to detail and recognize flooring issues such as stains, wear, or damage.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and coworkers.

Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

1-2 years Prior floor care experience required.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Physical stamina and strength: able to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.

Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Must pass drug screening; CCSS is a drug-free workplace.
