Industrial Custodian
A manufacturing facility in the Fairview, PA area is seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented industrial custodian to join their team. This position plays a key role in keeping production and warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized to support smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities

Perform regular cleaning of production and warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces and equipment

Empty trash and recycling bins throughout designated areas and ensure proper disposal

Assist with floor care, including the use of industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
-
Support outdoor upkeep by maintaining walkways, removing debris, and assisting with snow cleanup when needed

Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and office spaces as directed
-
Monitor and restock cleaning and janitorial supplies as needed
-
Complete special cleaning assignments or deep-cleaning projects as scheduled

Provide occasional production support during breaks or lunch periods when required
Qualifications and Skills

At least 2 years previous custodial experience in an industrial setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic

Ability to work independently and adjust to changing priorities

Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Team-oriented with good communication and cooperation skills

Pay Rate: $14.00–$16.50 per hour (based on experience)
