Housekeeping Supervisor
A local hotel seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead their housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within the establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or custodial services, with proven experience in housekeeping management. This role is essential in ensuring that all guest areas are clean, welcoming, and reflective of our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards and improve performance.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to protocols.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while ensuring thorough cleaning practices.

Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills

Must have at least 1 year experience in hotel or hospitality environments with a strong understanding of housekeeping management principles.
