Warehouse Heavy Lifting Associate
A distribution facility in Erie, PA is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join their warehouse team as a Warehouse Heavy Lifting Associates. This position involves unloading trucks by hand and moving boxes of various weights throughout the warehouse. Some boxes are light, while others are heavy and require team lifting. This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires consistent heavy lifting and teamwork.
Responsibilities

Hand unload boxes and freight from incoming shipments.

Sort, stack, and organize products on pallets or in designated areas.

Use team lifts for heavier items to ensure safe handling.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors.

Meet productivity and accuracy goals during unloading and staging.
Qualifications and Skills

Must have own reliable transportation to and from the facility.

Must wear steel toe boots for safety.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Ability to team lift over 80+ lbs safely and as needed.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Able to stand, bend, and move continuously for the duration of the shift.

Pay Rate is $16 per hour with a $1 raise after hire

2nd shift 2:30p-11p Sun-Thurs
