Heat Treat and Oven Operator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heat Treat and Oven Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating industrial ovens and furnaces to heat treat metal components, such as springs and wire forms, according to precise specifications.
Responsibilities

Set and adjust time/temperature cycles for heat-treating processes.

Load and unload parts into industrial ovens or furnaces.

Monitor controls and equipment during operations to ensure consistent results.

Follow established procedures for heat-treating steel and other metals.

Inspect parts to verify quality standards are met after processing.

Maintain accurate records of heat-treating cycles and production runs.

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience with industrial ovens or furnaces required.

Knowledge of heat-treating processes for steel preferred.

Background in metals manufacturing is a strong plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
