Grinder
A manufacturing facility is looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Grinder to join the production team. This position involves operating precision grinding equipment to ensure components meet exact specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Load parts into grinding machines accurately and carefully

Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications

Grind components to remove imperfections and ensure flatness or shape accuracy

Monitor equipment and production quality throughout the process

Conduct quality checks on finished parts

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of grinding machines

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Work with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals
Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience operating grinding machines or similar equipment preferred

Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment

Good organizational and time management abilities

Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Strong focus on safety and producing consistent, high-quality work
