General Production Operator
The General Production Operator supports the production of a wide range of products while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices. This role is responsible for operating equipment, meeting production goals, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production line equipment to support daily operations

Assemble, inspect, and prepare products for distribution.

Ensure machinery operates smoothly and production guidelines are followed.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor.

Follow safety protocols to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Report any mechanical or production issues to the supervisor on duty.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Basic math, reading, and computer skills.

Prior factory or production experience preferred.

Experience operating or maintaining manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.
-
Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.

Ability to work shift schedules as required.
-
Ability to wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience/training required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
-
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
-
Must be able to bend, stretch, push, and pull as required in a production setting.

Pay Rate is $16.00-$18.00 per hour
