General Production Operator-Amazon
The General Production Operator-Amazon is responsible for supporting production operations by operating and maintaining equipment, assembling products, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient production flow and a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment to support daily operations.

Assemble, inspect, and prepare products for distribution.

Monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Adhere to production specifications, guidelines, and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area.

Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe workplace environment.

Work on the production line to achieve daily production targets.

Communicate and report equipment or production issues to the supervisor.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
-
Previous factory or production experience preferred.
-
Familiarity with operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-
Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.

Ability to work various shifts as required.

Ability to wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

High school diploma or equivalent work experience/training required.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
-
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
-
Must be able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move materials as required.
