General Labor – Manufacturing
We’re seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience in factory or plant settings is preferred. This role is essential in assisting with production, maintaining equipment, and ensuring overall efficiency.
Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and operating machinery

Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance

Handle raw materials and finished products safely

Supply production lines and manage completed parts

Conduct basic quality checks to meet production standards

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals

Provide assistance in other departments as needed
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred

Ability to use basic hand tools and production equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing manual labor for extended periods

Reliable with good time management and organizational skills

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
