Packaging Associate
A manufacturing company in Fairview, PA is seeking Packaging Associates to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Team members will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and packaging finished products while helping ensure quality standards are met and customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities

Load bottles onto the production line to maintain production flow

Operate and monitor machinery used to color, coat, or frost bottles

Inspect bottles throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met

Pack finished products according to company specifications

Label and prepare completed orders for shipment

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Report equipment issues, product defects, or production concerns to supervisors

Assist with other production and general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the workday

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to read and write English

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience is helpful but not required

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
