Front Desk Attendant (Overnight)
A local hotel is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join their team. This is an overnight position responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the front desk and creating a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting all visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.

Ensure accuracy in check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

Handle phone calls, messages, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.

Contribute to the long-term success of the hotel by performing tasks that support profitability.

Maintain punctuality and follow the required dress code.

Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous customer service experience required, hotel experience a plus but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently overnight.

Ability to pass a basic background check.

THC-friendly environment.

Must wear khaki pants and a white or black polo shirt while on shift.
