Front Desk Attendant/Program Coordinator
A local Pittsburgh organization is searching for a skilled and personable Front Desk Attendant/Program Coordinator to join their team making an impact on people with disabilities. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for managing incoming communications and act as a welcoming face for clients and employees. The ideal candidate will be respectful, thoughtful, and familiar with the functions of an office.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person.

Assist fellow staff with various tasks as needed around the center

Monitor center activities and entrances to ensure that clients and community members are engaging in services safely.

Maintain an accurate database of center and client activities and engagement.

Other duties as assigned and necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Proven track record of excellent customer service, preferably in a social services setting.

Basic understanding of administrative functions.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
-
Possession or willingness to obtain first aid and CPR certification.
-
Clean background check.
-
Successful TB screening.

Pay rate based on experience
