Front Desk Associate
A well-established hospitality organization is seeking two full-time Front Desk Associates to join its team. This is a permanent, year-round opportunity in a professional guest-focused environment. The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests while providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and supporting daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.

Assist guests with room selection, reservations, and property information.

Manage reservations and guest communications via phone, email, and online systems.

Learn room types, amenities, and property features to effectively assist guests.

Perform computer-based administrative tasks and data entry.

Support basic marketing and promotional activities.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest readiness and satisfaction.

Address guest questions, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous customer service, hospitality, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn reservation software and systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Reliable transportation required.

Marketing experience or interest is a plus.
Benefits/Compensation

Full Time

1st Shift: 7am -3pm

2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10pm

$17+/hr based on experience
