Brand Ambassador
We are seeking outgoing, reliable, and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium nicotine pouch brand (FRE) through in-store promotional events. This role is responsible for creating a positive brand experience, engaging with customers, and driving product awareness through sampling and education. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and comfortable interacting with the public in a retail environment.
This is a great opportunity for college students or individuals seeking flexible, part-time work and extra income over the summer.
Responsibilities

Set up and break down promotional displays, including tables, signage, and product arrangements

Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to introduce and promote FRE products

Educate consumers on product features, flavors, and strengths

Encourage product trial and maximize customer interaction during events

Verify customer age (21+) in compliance with company and legal requirements

Distribute samples responsibly while following all compliance guidelines

Track and report sampling activity, including quantities distributed

Capture required photos during events (display setup, product placement, and customer engagement)

Communicate with team leads and check in upon arrival at each location

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demo area
Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers

Ability to work independently and stay proactive during events

Reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations

Ability to stand for extended periods (4–6 hour shifts)

Previous brand ambassador, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
