Floor Care Technician – Janitorial (Commercial Cleaning)

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain commercial floors using dust mops, automatic scrubbers, wet mops, and propane buffers

Work independently to deliver high-quality results at both locations

Follow a set cleaning schedule, with flexibility for the right candidate

Receive comprehensive training on equipment use and maintenance
Qualifications and Skills

Dependable and punctual team members

Ability to walk, stand, and bend for up to 3 hours at a time

Reliable transportation to both locations

Willingness to learn—no experience required! Full training provided.

Important Note: Many people claim floor care experience, but there is a big difference between basic mopping and the specialized work we do. If you have operated an auto scrubber or propane buffer, please highlight this experience. This helps us understand your true level of expertise in commercial floor care.

Your Schedule
Supermarket (Location #1):

5 nights per week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

3 hours per shift (typically 9pm–12am, but flexible between 8pm–7am)

15 hours per week
Hardware Store (Location #2):

1 night per week (Friday, 5pm–7:30pm)

2.5 hours per week

Total Weekly Hours: 17.5

Days Off: Tuesday and Saturday
