Field Technician
Our client company is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team as Field Technicians. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with a construction background who are comfortable working in cleanup and restoration environments.
Responsibilities

Assist with cleanup and restoration following water, fire, or mold damage

Perform demolition, debris removal, and basic repair tasks

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Load/unload equipment and materials

Maintain a clean and safe job site
-
Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
Qualifications and Skills

Basic construction skills and hands-on experience in general labor or related work

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Willingness to work in environments affected by smoke, soot, or mold

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
