Field Tech
Our client company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Technician to join their team. In this role, you will assist in the cleanup, restoration, and repair of residential and commercial properties that have experienced damage due to fire, water, mold, or other disasters. You’ll play a hands-on role in helping customers recover quickly and safely.
Responsibilities

Perform on-site water, fire, and mold remediation services.

Set up and monitor equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers.

Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation.

Clean and sanitize affected areas.

Document job progress and communicate findings to team leaders.

Adhere to all safety and restoration standards.

Assist in the loading and unloading of tools, equipment, and supplies.

Maintain clean and organized vehicles and workspaces.

Provide excellent customer service on-site.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments.

Willingness to work in environments that may include dust, mold, smoke, or other hazards (with PPE provided).

Comfortable working on-call, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
