Outbound Shipping Associate
Responsibilities

Create and print outbound FedEx shipping labels accurately and efficiently

Verify shipment details to ensure correct items, quantities, and destinations
-
Coordinate with the warehouse team to prepare and stage outgoing shipments
-
Maintain organization and flow of shipping dock operations
-
Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve discrepancies quickly
-
Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
-
Operate a forklift (preferred) to move products safely and efficiently
Qualifications and Skills
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Prior experience with shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred

Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn
-
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
-
Reliable transportation required (location is not on a bus route)

Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment

Pay Rate is $15 per hour, $2 raise when hired on
