Entry-Level Precision Ball Finishing/Grinder
We're looking for a mechanically-inclined, detail-oriented individual to train as a Precision Ball Finishing/Grinder. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn precision machining and measurement. No prior grinding experience is required — full training is provided for the right candidate with strong attention to detail, patience, and mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities

Learn to operate precision grinding equipment to finish ball components to exact specifications.

Use precision measuring instruments to check dimensions and tolerances.

Inspect finished components for quality, surface finish, and accuracy.

Follow established processes and work instructions to produce consistent, precision parts.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Communicate quality or process concerns to supervisors or trainers.

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Continue building skills toward becoming a fully trained precision grinder.
Qualifications and Skills

No prior grinding experience required — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Mechanical aptitude and interest in precision machining or measurement.

Background or interest in woodworking, automotive/motorcycle work, engine rebuilding, machining, welding, fabrication, equipment repair, industrial maintenance, or vo-tech coursework is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and patience for precision work.

Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Ability to take direction and follow established procedures.
