Electrical Maintenance
A Pittsburgh company is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical equipment. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, benefits, and long-term stability.
Responsibilities

Install and maintain electrical equipment, including motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), COâ‚‚ lasers, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Maintain and troubleshoot AC and DC cranes.

Install and run wiring through conduit.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues as they arise.

Install, modify, and repair control equipment on industrial machinery according to schematics.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills

Vocational or community college coursework in electrical or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Strong electrical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to bend stretch, pull, push, and move as necessary to clean, service, and repair equipment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
