Director of First Impressions
This is not a traditional receptionist role. This position serves as the face and voice of a growing, fast-paced real estate office, playing a key role in client experience, agent support, and daily operations.
The Director of First Impressions is responsible for creating a polished, professional, and welcoming environment while supporting agents and leadership with day-to-day coordination and compliance tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally takes ownership without needing direction.
This is also a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership-focused administrative role, with long-term potential to expand into higher-level operational responsibilities within the organization.
Responsibilities

Greet clients, agents, and guests with professionalism and confidence, creating a strong first impression

Answer and direct incoming calls with clarity and purpose

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Support agents with administrative needs and day-to-day coordination

Ensure compliance by reviewing and managing paperwork using established templates

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and overall office flow

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies

Assist leadership with projects and daily operational tasks

Work effectively with multiple personalities, including agents and clients

Help maintain a positive, team-oriented office culture
Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
