Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality service and support to customers through phone and email communication for our client company. This role supports order processing, customer inquiries, and internal coordination to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities

Process inbound customer orders accurately and efficiently

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Assist customers with order status, pricing, and basic product information

Enter and maintain accurate customer and order records

Communicate order updates, delays, or issues proactively

Support customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution

Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs

Assist with returns and credits as needed
Qualifications and Skills
