Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, effective communication with customers and vendors, and seamless coordination across internal departments.
This position is both operational and customer-facing, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities

Process customer purchase orders accurately within a fully integrated ERP system

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors via phone and email

Provide timely updates on order status, pricing, and product-related inquiries

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, shipping, etc.) to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

Proactively communicate delays, discrepancies, or issues and work toward resolution

Support front-line phone coverage as needed, delivering a professional customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates within internal systems

Assist with returns, credits, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in an ERP system or similar integrated platform preferred
