Customer Service Associate
Our client is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join their locally owned hardware store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a team-focused environment. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers throughout the store.

Answer questions and recommend products based on customer needs.

Stock shelves and maintain organized, well-presented merchandise displays.

Load merchandise and assist customers with purchases as needed.

Operate the register and process customer transactions accurately.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Assist with inventory, receiving shipments, and general store operations.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Home improvement, hardware, or construction knowledge is a plus.

Friendly, professional, and dependable with strong communication skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Benefits/Compensation

Full Time (approximately 42 hours per week)

First shift with slightly rotating schedule, including weekends

$18+/hr based on experience
