Custom Sprayer
The Custom Sprayer is responsible for sanding, spraying, and finishing wood products to meet high-quality standards for the home building industry. This role requires experience with HVLP spray guns, the ability to mix and match stains, and a strong attention to detail to ensure a professional finish. The Custom Sprayer works closely with the Production Supervisor, maintains spray equipment, follows safety procedures, and ensures all products are completed to customer specifications in a clean and organized work environment
Responsibilities

Follow instructions of supervisor.

Experience with HVLP guns.

Good eye for detail and high-quality finished products.

Artistic bend.

Will need to sand, spray, and finish wood products to customers satisfaction.

Work “hands-on” to satisfy customer requirements.

Maintain an orderly, clean work environment.

Will need to mix and match stain.

Maintain spray equipment and follow all safety regulations.

Ability to work alone and meet deadlines.
