Construction Worker
A growing construction/remodeling company is seeking an experienced Construction Worker to join its team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong remodeling background who can work independently and confidently complete a variety of residential construction projects. The company is looking for an experienced tradesperson rather than an entry-level helper, so candidates should be comfortable jumping into projects and knowing how to get the work done.
Responsibilities

Perform residential remodeling and construction work

Complete siding and window installation

Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling

Handle a variety of general remodeling and construction projects

Work independently and as part of a construction team

Complete assigned work safely and efficiently

Maintain quality workmanship throughout projects

Assist with additional construction and remodeling needs as projects require
Qualifications and Skills

Strong construction and remodeling background

Experience with siding, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms

Well-rounded hands-on construction skills

Ability to work independently without requiring extensive supervision

Ability to complete remodeling work with minimal training or direction

Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team

Comfortable performing physical, hands-on construction work
