Construction Worker
Responsibilities

Assist skilled team members on residential construction projects

Safely operate basic hand and power tools

Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials
-
Load and unload materials while helping maintain an efficient workflow on site

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

Communicate clearly and effectively with the team
Qualifications and Skills
-
Prior construction or manual labor experience is a plus, but not required
-
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and outdoor work in varying conditions

Willingness to learn, follow directions, and take pride in quality work
-
Strong reliability and work ethic; showing up on time every day matters

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to travel to job sites

Must have own tape measure
Benefits/Compensation

Pay Rate is $15-$25 per hour based on experience and skill level

1st Shift: Daytime hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
