Concrete Laborer
A local manufacturer in Girard is hiring Concrete Laborers to help produce decorative landscape stepping stones and concrete products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn a skilled trade. No prior concrete experience is required—training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare molds and forms for concrete production

Remove finished products from molds and inspect for quality

Assist with finishing and detailing concrete products

Move materials and finished products throughout the facility using a forklift

Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots required)
Qualifications:

Prior experience in general construction is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Familiarity with hand and power tools such as trowels, screeds, and power floats.

Forklift experience is needed

Strong physical stamina- must be able to lift and carry heavy materials 50/60 pounds at a minimum.

Good eye for detail

Ability to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
