CNC Operator
We are seeking a CNC Operator to manage two CNC machining centers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong mechanical abilities, technical skills, and a willingness to learn from experienced operators.
Responsibilities

Operate two CNC machining centers (5-axis & 4-axis) to support multiple areas of production.

Maintain and repair CNC machines as needed.

Work with flat table configuration machines equipped with drill heads and a main spindle.

Utilize CAD, CAM, Windows, and G-CODE to execute machining tasks.

Process both panel and solid wood, ensuring the best tool selection and tool paths.

Interpret and modify machining files as required, including one-off projects.

Maintain organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Strong mechanical aptitude for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in CAD, CAM, Windows, and G-CODE.

Ability to recognize optimal tools and tool paths for various materials.

Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Willingness to learn from an experienced operator.
