Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes to create high-precision components

Read and interpret blueprints and CAD/CAM files, ensuring every part meets exact specifications

Monitor production, make real-time adjustments, and troubleshoot for optimal machine performance

Perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to guarantee quality

Maintain accurate production records and uphold rigorous safety standards
Qualifications and Skills

Machine operator or light industrial experience required

CNC machining experience or vocational training is a plus, but not required

Strong technical, mathematical, and analytical skills

Meticulous attention to detail with a drive for continuous improvement
