Building Maintenance
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things, keeping equipment running smoothly, and making sure building operates at its best? We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join a well-established facility in Erie, PA!
Responsibilities

Performing routine inspections on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Handling repairs and preventative maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repairs)

Responding to maintenance requests quickly to minimize downtown
-
Maintaining clean, safe, and orderly common areas
-
Monitoring inventory of tool and supplies; requesting orders as needed

Coordinating with contractors and vendors for larger or specialized repairs
-
Conducting safety checks and ensuring the building meets all safety code requirements

Keep accurate logs of maintenance work and reporting major issues to management
Qualifications and Skills
-
Previous maintenance, building technician, or handyman experience

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Ability to read and understand manuals, diagrams, and technical instructions

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to details

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions

Good communication skills to keep staff and management informed

Pay Rate is $18+ per hour

1st Shift 7am-3pm
