Apartment Maintenance
Responsibilities

Respond to maintenance service requests from residents and management

Troubleshoot and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and basic carpentry
-
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
-
Complete turnover work in vacant units (painting, repairs, cleaning)
-
Maintain the property’s appearance—groundskeeping, trash pickup, light landscaping
-
Assist with emergency maintenance as needed (on-call rotation may apply)

Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
Qualifications and Skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
MUST have valid drivers license
-
Previous maintenance experience (apartment, residential, or facility maintenance preferred)
-
Working knowledge of basic repairs—plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time independently
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods
