Changing lights and fixtures

Basic plumbing tasks

Basic carpentry projects

Painting

Minor roof repairs

Light cleaning

Local driving for supplies

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills

Use of hand and power tools

Climb extension and step ladders

Push 100 pounds

Lift 50 pounds

Work with minimal supervision

Understand and follow directions as given

Ability to use copiers and computers

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Must be reliable

Must be trustworthy

Must have excellent attention to detail

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
