Assembly Machine Operator
A plastics manufacturer in Erie, PA is looking for an assembly laborer/machine operator on all shifts. This is a great entry-level opportunity with the ability to move into an operator role with an increase in pay for reliable and motivated employees.
Responsibilities

Assemble plastic parts according to work instructions

Inspect finished parts for quality and defects

Trim, package, and label plastic products

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist machine operators as needed

Must have steel toe boots
Qualifications and Skills

No prior experience required — willing to train

Previous experience in a plastics or manufacturing environment is a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Must pass a background check
