Final Assembler
This position is responsible for final assembly and shipping of various equipment and purchased items as required.
Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts, hoists, shrink-wrap heat guns, banding equipment, and various hand tools used to assemble, move, and ship products.

Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools used in the assembly and shipping process.

Read and interpret general assembly drawings and specifications.

Prepare finished products for shipment and load trailers and trucks as required.

Perform and document quality and process checks to ensure work meets specifications and required quantities.

Work as part of a team to complete assembly and shipping tasks safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all SOPs, JSAs, and required safety procedures.

Complete required paperwork, including process checks, check sheets, and other production documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED required; Vo-Tech or Trade School experience preferred.

1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

Forklift and hoist operation experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret general assembly drawings and specifications.

Ability to stand and bend throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work around loud noise, chemicals, fumes, and sheet metal products while using required PPE; respirator use may be required.

Ability to work effectively with others and perform repetitive assembly and material-handling tasks.

Pay Rate is $15.00.hr

Pay increases to $18.00/hrr after completion of Temp-To-Hire hours

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
