Assembly
We are seeking a dependable Secondary Production Worker to join a precision manufacturing team in a hands-on production environment. This position involves assembling machined parts, operating presses, applying thread sealant, inspecting components, and performing secondary finishing operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and willing to learn. On-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities

Assemble machined parts using pneumatic and arbor presses

Operate TSI (thread sealant) equipment and perform various assembly processes

Assemble boards and crimp caps onto components as required

Inspect and measure parts using gaging equipment to ensure quality standards are met

Perform sanding, deburring, buffing, and remove chips or debris from machined parts

Identify, document, and communicate product or quality issues and help implement solutions
Qualifications and Skills

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts

Ability to inspect and measure small parts accurately

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safely operate production equipment

Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn; all required on-the-job training will be provided

First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Thursday

Pay Rate: $10 per hour
